This article spoke to my soul! I felt this in the ER every shift. I have to order the test. I have to do the invasive exam. I have to write the script. Because well, we're in the ER. A pediatrician's office functions the exact same way.
Seriously, if more patients understood this, they would behave differently when interacting with the medical system and save themselves from over testing, over treatment and overcharging
Great advice. I want to start an organization or movement to educate people on vaccine harm. I don’t know how to start. I think it would take a medical alliance and a lot of grass roots Moms and others because we could never have the money to fight Bill Gates and big pharma and govt. the window is open with RFK jr at HHS. Heck, we’d even be fighting the Teachers Union because they drink the kool aid and probably get lots of money from pro-vaccine groups. Anyway, thank you for this great article. I agree: you truly can’t buy ‘eggs’ at most pediatric practices. The script doesn’t matter.
Amen. Direct access care is where we are and we never go because they don’t force us, but when my daughter fell of her horse and I knew her collarbone was broken, they got us in the next day to confirm. So grateful to have taken my power back and realize I didn’t need their “help” anyway.
When I was a high school teacher with students who were teen moms & dads, they would often miss school to take their baby to those ten well visits. 🤬
Imagine if the doctor's office had to accommodate them by being open on weekends or evenings rather than the teacher and student having to pick up the slack.
I just meant, like, of course they wouldn't open on weekends or evenings to accommodate anyone's schedule because there's nothing more important than vaccinating your baby. 🙄

So true!!! It’s everywhere in the system.

Right on!!
GREAT article ❤️😁👍🏼
Thanks Doug!!
Great advice! Parents really need to think outside the box these days. Back in the day, we used a family practice. I guess they still exist.
They do still exist but are still often just as totalitarian.
How sad!

Imagine if those teen moms just weighed their babies themselves and opted out of the 10 visits!!

Nothing more important, OBVI!!
If only!
