This article lit me up! (See what I did there?) SAD is a medicalized way of say, you are a human who notices when you aren't in alignment with living like a human. I bet establishment thinkers have an SSRI for that. Love your tips on how to make winter a little less gloomy.

I’m pretty sure that’s their whole job security program. Putting seven-year-olds on antipsychotics and stimulants for “bad behavior” because they don’t sit quietly in desks or in front of screens for whole chunks of the day while ingesting fake food full of chemicals and garbage shows you how competent that field is. Have no sympathy or respect for most of their “dx” or “treatments” We need more people demanding common sense.
